No, we believe in transparent pricing. The subscription cost covers all design services, taxes, and other fees, and there are no hidden fees.

Yes! We offer a 14-day Risk-free Trial for everyone.

During the trial period, you can work on any number of designs, and all the designs you make are entirely yours, except for the licensed stock assets in case we used them in the designs.

Once you have completed your subscription, we will review your order status and set up the design team and project board on Trello. Then we will invite you.

Yes, you can request source files for your designs. As the owner of all the designs, you have the option to obtain the source files if needed.
Upon subscribing to a paid plan, you will automatically receive an invoice in your registered email. If, for any reason, you haven’t received it, please feel free to request one by sending an email to support@winthecampaign.com.
Sorry We don’t. We exclusively use Stripe payment gateways for all transactions. We do not accept payment in any other forms, including bank transfers, cheques, or cryptocurrency.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, the process is straightforward. Just send us an email support@winthecampaign.com and tell us the reason. Please note that cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged any extra cost.

Certainly! We use fonts that are exclusively licensed as commercially free to use. Therefore, there’s no need to worry about copyright and license types.

All the stock assets used in your designs are either royalty-free or have a license for end-user use. You never have to worry about any trademark and copyright issues.

Absolutely, you can. A video is worth 1000 words and is often an easy way to convey exactly what you need to be designed. At the moment, we don’t support any inbuilt video platform/software. However, you can leverage any third-party software. Create a screen recording with clear voice, then copy the video-sharing link and paste it into your project description.

Absolutly No, there are no limitations on the number of design requests you can make each month. Feel free to submit as many requests as you need, and we’ll work on them in the order they are received. Additionally, there are no restrictions on the number of revisions you can request for each design.

Totally! You can. Depending on your needs, we offer an infinite number of variations for a single design. You can make many changes using various colors, graphics, styles, etc. You are fully free to decide.

Our teams are multilingual and spread all over the globe. However, we solely use English to interact with our clients. We don’t offer any assistance in communicating in a different language.

If you need a design in a language other than English, we can do. When submitting your design request, specify the language requirements, provide the content in that language, and our team will ensure the incorporation of the desired language elements.

For design requests, the typical turnaround time is 1 – 2 days, contingent upon the complexity of the specific design request.

You are not limited to the number of revisions. You are completely free to get as many revisions as you wish on your design.

A client can maintain one active task at a time, regardless of how many high-priority tasks they have. The dedicated designer will pick one task as per the client’s approval.

We don’t generate or write the copy or content for the graphics we create. Clients are responsible for providing all the content and text copy for the graphics they create.

We currently don’t have a phone call feature added to our service for all the customers. We offer only Email, Chat via Project Board support.
